第69回NHK红白歌合战(zhàn )（第69回NHK红(hó(🦈)ng )白(bái )歌合戦(🏂)），是日本放(🦐)送协会（NHK）(🎄)举办的大(dà(💌) )型(xíng )音乐节(🧥)目，亦是红白(🥕)歌合(🚻)战的(de )第(🐭)(dì )69场(💛)节目。节(🤸)(jiē )目(🐝)于2018年12月(⛄)31日在(🌸)NHK音乐厅(🚲)举行(📅)。2018年(nián )10月(🤵)(yuè )5日(🐠)，NHK发表了(🥫)(le )“第69回(🎰)NHK红白歌(🖨)合战(💀)”节目播(👯)出(chū(🏻) )时(shí )间(🏄)及节目主(zhǔ )题“歌唱梦想（梦(mèng )を歌おう）”，该主题是继前两回（第67回、第(dì )68回）后的第(dì )三次使用，主题将一直沿(👌)用至(zhì )2019年(niá(🚹)n )“第70回NHK红白(bá(👰)i )歌合战”为止(🏗)，以(yǐ )此(cǐ )应(🎳)援即将(jiāng )开(🚵)(kāi )幕的2020年东(🥈)京奥运会和(🈂)2020年东(🔞)京残(cá(💹)n )奥(à(📖)o )会 。除了(💾)(le )NHK综(zō(⚽)ng )合频道(📆)外，本(🧗)届红白(🌌)歌会(🛳)也将(jiā(🌴)ng )会(huì(😗) )在同年(🍈)12月1日(💀)(rì )开播(🗼)的NHK BS4K、(🐒)NHK BS8K频道并(🤢)机直(zhí )播。
