Under Mann’s new venture, Michael Mann Books, the prequel will begin as a novel, and possibly be adapted into a film or television series. Just two days after that announcement, another project from Michael Mann Books is in the works: author Don Winslow (Savages) is writing a novel about Chicago crime boss Tony Accardo and his successor Sam Giancana, which Mann might adapt into a feature film.

由mm2 Entertainment與VividThree Productions聯合(hé )製作的《鬼地方(fāng )》由三個(gè )短故事組成，透過(💪)(guò )人物把(👽)故事聯繫(jì )起來，背(bèi )景從以(yǐ )前跨越到現代，故事場景都(dōu )在同一個(gè )地方，先是醫院(yuà(❔)n )，接着(zhe )是學(📜)校，最後變成辦公室。羅勝強調(diào )：「不(bú )是三部短(duǎn )片，因(yīn )為三個短故事會交織成為一(🐬)(yī )部長片(🍭)。」據所(suǒ )知第一個(gè )故事的(de )色彩是驚悚(sǒng )，第二個以感情(qíng )為訴求，第三個(gè )是黑色幽(yō(🎳)u )默。
