2018年(🎤)12月9日(rì )，首届(jiè )海南岛国际(jì )电影节(jiē )国际影(🏗)展开(kā(👻)i )幕式，在(🏡)海南省(🌨)三(sān )亚(🚘)市大东(🔐)海广场(🥂)沙(shā )滩举行。为推进海(hǎi )南(🔅)电影产(🏒)业发展(🌅)、实(😶)现(🍏)本土化(👥)与国际化兼顾的格局(jú )，此次国际(jì )影展还(hái )特别开(📅)设了(le )“海(🚃)南(nán )新(📓)力量”展(🌅)(zhǎn )映单(🚱)元(yuán )。该(🚖)单元公(gōng )开征集(jí )到海南(🧦)作者(zhě(🐦) )、海南(🚱)(nán )制作(🐺)(zuò )的(🛐)影(🌌)片(piàn )共(⛔)七十(shí )余部(bù )。选出(chū )《藏北(běi )密岭—重返(fǎn )无(🔺)人区(qū(🏘) )》、《追梦(🥩)(mèng )的黎(🍼)族(zú )女(🏵)娃娃》、(🧜)《九号重(🕙)案》、《焉知非福》、《侬(nóng )婆》、(👀)《无间》、(🚽)《余光童(🔹)梦》、(🎤)《完(🌃)人测试(👐)》、《开着房车环岛游(yóu )》共九部优(yōu )秀作品(pǐn )。开幕式中(🕳)(zhōng )，著名(📏)(míng )导演(🐝)谢飞、(🕍)黎族女(😛)(nǚ )演员(📇)谭小燕(yàn )共同为(wéi )影片代(💓)表颁(bā(✳)n )发了入(🌡)(rù )围证(🌪)(zhèng )书(🔽)。
Filmed on the beautiful islands of Greece, "With a Kiss I Die" is a dark love story about Juliet Capulet (from Shakespearean fame) who is forced to live for all eternity knowing that her true love died in her arms nearly 800 years ago. Broken and numb, she meets a young woman who captures her heart again, and teaches her that love and loss are all a part of life, and that a life without love is no life at all.
Loosely following a traditional Passover Seder, events from the Book of Exodus are retold by Moses, Aharon, the Angel of Death, Jesus, and the director's own father. But there's another side to this story: that of the Goddess, humankind's original deity. Seder-Masochism resurrects the Great Mother in a tragic struggle against the forces of Patriarchy.
